Technical Skills/Tools Requirement
- Data analyst and reporting skills with good understanding of internal channel and campaigns performance metrics
- Self-starter with proven ability to manage complex processes
- Stakeholder management skills – confidence to challenge approaches and offer different solutions
- Ability to apply an agile approach to working that supports innovation and iterative improvement.
- Ability to quickly build knowledge of EY’s global business, particularly key priorities, structure, and internal audiences across geographies, service lines and sectors
- Data gathering and manipulation, ability to identify gaps, proactively seeking solutions
- Skills in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Analytics and SharePoint
- Familiarity with internal channels including Yammer, webcasting tools, intranet.

Competency Proficiency Scale
