Technical Skills/Tools Requirement
Essential
10-12 years’ experience in the B2B marketing
Proven experience in executing social media marketing campaigns across multiple geographical backgrounds
Ability to work independently and flexibly
Attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding written and oral communications
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Knowledge of project management and web design best practices
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience of social media tools listening and management tools
Desirable
Previous exposure to tools like Sprinklr
Understanding of analytics tools like Adobe Analytics
Project management experience
Previous experience on Azure or Service desk tools like Zendesk or Service Now
Roles and responsibilities
Essential
Work with business and marketing teams to understand business priorities and work on social media related projection
Create impact-based campaigns across social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram
Work with internal team to effectively implement campaigns and monitor them to review performance
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Responsible for knowledge of all guidelines for all pertinent social channels and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of functionality for those relevant social media channels
Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications across named platforms
Drive community engagement with programs, interaction, and content. This includes social media, newsletters, and
YouTube channel content, slack, and in-person events
Play an active part in ORM of the Brand both online and offline.
Acknowledging and responding to social consumer care queries, active monitoring of the brand’s social listening, and escalation of any alerts to key stakeholders
Monitoring social media platforms and responding to comments and questions in a timely and energetic way
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing & Social Media campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Advice on social media best practices, trends, technologies, and how to provide data-driven insights
Support brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by including verbal and branding guidelines
Maintain a consistent and positive presence in discussion forums in order to understand the state of the community
Plan, draft, and distribute community-focused content through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other channels
Optimize the budget for paid social media marketing
Continuously evolve on tools and new-age technology for effective Digital Communication and Reputation Management across all channels
